Hello! I am subletting my beautiful one-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up. It has three distinct rooms (kitchen, middle living room, bedroom) so it feels quite large, especially for one person. There are many windows, on three out of the four walls, so it gets a lot of light.

There are also newly polished hardwood floors, cozy no-noise radiator heating, and a shower in the kitchen which I happen to love. The apartment has fast internet and a full kitchen with new appliances. There is laundry just down the street.

The apartment is halfway between the Hewes St J & M trains and the Metropolitan/Lormimer L & G trains. You can be in Manhattan in 15 minutes! There are also many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

*I am in the process of moving and so will be taking the personal items (clothes, sticky notes on the walls, and such) but leaving most of the essentials and furniture. There will be everything necessary to make a (temporary) home.
