I’m subletting my furnished one-bedroom apartment on the 30th floor with open Hudson River views.
The apartment is bright and peaceful, with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with light throughout the day — and the sunsets are truly incredible. It includes a washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, a standing desk, and a queen-sized bed with a Saatva mattress and cozy Brooklinen bedding. It’s a comfortable space whether you’re working from home or unwinding at the end of the day.
The building, Abington House, is a brick high-rise designed by Robert A.M. Stern. It has two entrances and a landscaped courtyard, along with a beautiful rooftop sun deck and a full set of shared amenities, including a pool and fitness center, resident lounges, co-working spaces, 24/7 doorman and concierge service, and on-site management.
We’re steps from the High Line, Chelsea galleries, and the 7 train at Hudson Yards, making it easy to get anywhere while still feeling part of a neighborhood that’s great for walking and everyday living.
The neighbors and staff are genuinely lovely, and the building has a calm, community-oriented feel. Many families, children, and working professionals live here, which gives the building a friendly, lived-in, and quiet atmosphere.

Please email me with a short note about yourself and a few times that would work for a FaceTime tour or virtual walkthrough during the week/end. I’m also happy to arrange an in-person viewing this weekend Feb 28/March 1 for those seriously considering the apartment and able to pass the building’s credit check.
I plan to finalize the sublet by March 2, especially for a mid-March start.

Please note, the price is firm. The building’s management oversees the sublease process, which provides an added layer of structure and security for the sub-tenant. Comparable furnished apartments in the area (including buildings like The Set) typically rent for $7,000+ per month.
I've lived and worked in NYC for 15+ years. I'm headed to Europe for a few months for work and subletting my home in the meantime.
1st month rent, security deposit, sub-lease, and credit check run by the building's management.
Will allow one small dog. Subject to mgmt. approval.
