The apartment is on Franklin Avenue and Prospect Place. Less than a 10-minute walk to the 2, 3, 4, 5, and C. 20-minute walk to Prospect Park. Groceries, dry cleaners, cafes, and restaurants, all within a 5-minute walking distance.
Kitchen appliances include fridge, microwave, gas oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender.
We would appreciate whoever is staying here to water the plants every two weeks, or be ok with someone coming in to water them.
About This Lister
We are two working professionals who rent this space. We are both traveling for the time period and would like sublet the space while away.
We have a great relationship with the landlord and there should be no issues with the sublet for his perspective.
We also have a great relationship with the upstairs neighbors and jointly take care of the space (i.e., taking out trash to street on trash day, holding each others packages, etc.)

We would like to meet in person or FaceTime to finalize the deal, and we will have a sublease agreement to sign. A $1000 deposit is required after signing the sub-lease agreement. The remaining payment is required on the first day of the sublease period.
