About the Apartment
• Building: Two-story, four-unit house.
• Unit: First-floor right apartment with very tall ceilings and hardwood floors.
• Layout: Two bedrooms on opposite sides, separated by kitchen and living room.
• Entrances: Two doors—one into the front room, one into the living room.
• Backyard: Private garden with table for 6, coal BBQ, fire pit, and string lights. Access is through the back bedroom.

Rooms
Both rooms have a bed and a desk, and are easy convertible.
• Front Room: Murphy bed folds into a cabinet for extra space—works as a second bedroom or office/studio.
• Back Room: Queen mattress (no frame), can be leaned against the wall to keep the room open and make backyard access easy.

Amenities
• Kitchenware provided; cabinets cleared for your groceries.
• Empty closets for your belongings; living-room shelf décor can stay or go.
• Soundboks 2 speaker
• No microwave or TV (you’re welcome to bring your own if removed at move-out).
• Laundromat next door, with another 24/7 option around the block.
• Utilities and WiFi included

Neighborhood
Ridgewood is full of creative small businesses, great dining, and music venues.
