This spot is absolutely perfect if you're looking for a cozy, quiet, and perfectly located apartment.

It is 2 blocks from prospect park and right on 7th avenue near tons of shops, restaurants and coffee shops - just a flew blocks from the F, G and 2 & 3 trains.

The end date is flexible. looking for someone at least through end of December but possibility to stay longer if needed. I will be spending time traveling and therefore renting it out but I will miss it and looking for someone responsible to take good care of the space.

I have lived in this apartment for 3 years. It is perfect, so quiet and sweet. Love my neighbors and the neighborhood. Literally everything you want at your fingertips!
