It comes fully furnished and the landlord previously had brought in an interior designer to renovate the whole space, so it's absolutely gorgeous. Relatively quiet street and close to the Nostrand 3 train or President 2/5. Dec 1 move-in!

Basic info about the apartment:
- Top floor of the brownstone, but only 1 set of stairs to go up (and only one other unit in the building)
- Washer/dryer in unit (it’s technically in one of the smaller bedrooms–there’s a closet/mini hallway set-up)
- Water filter for the whole unit already installed
- Heated towel racks in bathroom
- Kitchen has a gas stove, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ventilation, fridge, & island!
- There are technically 3 entrances to the unit (the 2 smaller bedrooms each have their own), and then the main goes into the kitchen/living room area
- Utilities are additional; there’s also a flat $25/month water fee.
- All roommates would have to submit an app & be on the lease (but hopefully less stressful since I have the unit secured)

Price breakdown:
- Whole unit is $5.4k total
- The primary bedroom (fits 2 queens for size reference + has a TV already installed) comes with a private bath (the golden one) + larger closet (massive windows facing the backyard) would be around $2.6k
- Other 2 rooms seem relatively comparable in size, so could split the rest evenly (about $1.4-5k) or discuss. And would share the bathroom (the blue one in pix!)--I would be taking one of these rooms (likely the pinkish one).
- Very open to discussing what feels fair overall for rent split!

Pets: I have a 13 year old Maltese Shihtzu who mostly lays around all day & loves people. He isn't the biggest fan though of other pets, so open to discussing, but additional pets might be tough.

Am looking to really co-create a cozy home environment with roommates. Absolutely always down to share food, have little gab sessions, movie nights, etc., but also honor each other’s solo time. I love cooking/baking, so looking forward to hosting cute little dinner parties & game nights, and would love if folks are open to that. Much of an intimate gathering over big party type gal, but will have the occasional night out. Also value direct communication/feedback if something does come up; I’m generally a very chill person, just want to keep shared spaces clean + treat one another w/ care :) Please add "corn" when you reach out so I know you've read this far!
