Options:

A. Sublet large Yellow room with 2 large visible windows visible in photo, queen size bed and upright piano available January 18th through April 1st with option to extend (or you can rent one of the other two less expensive rooms beginning April 1st month to month)

$1400 plus utilities (flat $50month includes AC, Electricity, Gas and Internet)

Minimum rental 2 months: Feb 1st to April 1st

B. Loft room with large work table
$1000 month plus utilities (Flat $50month includes AC, Electricity, Gas and Internet) available ideally for 5 month minimum but will consider anything 2.5 months or more.
Can move in to loft room any time before February 1st—

Option to go month to month beginning April 1st

C. ONE person or a COUPLE can rent both the large yellow room with 2 windows and the small yellow room with loft together for $1800 month total including utilities

Minimum 2 months with agreement beginning any time before Feb 1st.

There are various options to extend after April 1st which we can discuss once we’ve met and you’ve seen the apartment.

Share with considerate, warm woman writer 38 until April 1st and then with me, 40+ woman artist/musician with a good sense of humor and plenty of shared living experience.

Shared living room, sunny eat-in kitchen and bathroom.

2-3 people maximum will occupy the apartment at any given time.

When I’m home I usually occupy the large yellow room which has a separate entrance at the other end of the apartment, so I rarely use the living room. It is now set up with two tables and has been used exclusively by my two previous roommates. I’m happy to continue this set up if desired. (I found them both on the listing project and they fell in love and recently moved to London to live together !)

I’m also going away again in may so can stay in a 3rd bedroom not pictured for the month of April if the room with the large windows is still occupied.

Fabulous residential neighborhood near numerous grocery stores, cafes, restaurants etc

Includes towels, bed linens etc etc.

We each also pay $10 week towards all household supplies such as detergent, T.P, olive oil, garbage bags, toothpaste tea and coffee which we buy in bulk to save money.
