Hi there! I'm looking to sublet my big, sunny, plant-filled room in a Bed-Stuy brownstone while I travel with my girlfriend in Mexico this winter. I’m looking for someone polite and kind who will treat my room and roommates with respect. Our home is a restful, peaceful place, and while we have friends over for dinner every now and then, we're not big on parties.

The room comes furnished with a full-sized bed, nightstand, large desk, loveseat area, rugs, and an empty closet. You'll be on the third floor with your own bathroom, and will share a kitchen and living room on the same floor with my two lovely roommates.

--The room is available January 14 - March 18 (9 weeks)
--Utilities are included in the cost (wi-fi, gas, electricity)
--The total cost for the stay is $3,260 ($1,450 per month)

You'll be living with two roommates, women in their mid-twenties, who share the second floor. We're all friendly, and enjoy maintaining a quiet and cozy home. It’s important to me that you'll keep the shared spaces tidy (not leaving dirty dishes out for too long, etc).

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from A/C trains at Utica Ave, right on the B26, and close to many Citi Bike docks.

We have a gas stove, dining table, and smart TV. My bathroom is tiled and tidy, with a large bathtub/shower and skylight.

Street parking is very easy, and there are lots of great restaurants and bars within a few blocks (Saraghina, Trad Room, Lunatico, Rita & Maria, Laziza), as well as grocery stores. Our laundromat is right on the corner.
