My fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house will be available for sublet July 23 - Aug 13 while I'm out of town for work. The house has its own private backyard, equipped with a fire pit, outdoor dining table and a small charcoal BBQ.

The house has a large fully-stocked kitchen (I'm a chef so it really has everything you could need), a breakfast dining nook, an office/sewing room, and a bedroom with a queen sized bed. The living room features a projector and large pull down projector screen, perfect for movie nights. And the filtered shower head has phenomenal water pressure.

Located on a quiet street just a couple minutes walk from Kumquat Coffee, Queen St and Fondry Bakery, and just a few minutes drive to Figueroa, you'll have access to all that Highland Park has to offer!
