1 Bedroom with queen bed, in-unit laundry, fast internet, full kitchen with dishwasher and gas range, and full bathroom with separate bath tub and large shower. The house also has a private outside deck. I have a projector that is a smart TV with access to all the streaming services.
Street parking abundant and no permits required. The parking space at the house will be available mid August.
Looking to sublet to someone who is quiet, clean and respectful. The house is not huge, but it is comfortable for up to two people to live. My wife and I go between Stockholm and LA and we love this house.
Tenants looking for partial dates within this timeframe are cool with me. 11/30 out is also somewhat flexible into December.
