Thinking about spending the winter in Puerto Rico to surf, snorkel in the crystal clear warm water, and play DtMF on repeat? I will be traveling most of the winter and won't get to enjoy my little surf shack much, so you should!

Ideal for 2 people max (short term additional guests are fine but it's a small, cozy space).

Minimum of one month stay. Any months between Nov-May are possible.

All utilities included plus cleaning service 2x per month.

Location:
-Aguadilla, PR in the Guerrero neighborhood, bordering Isabela
-10 min drive to Jobos Beach and Middles surf spot
-20 min drive to Surfers Beach and Wilderness
-30-45 min drive to Rincon
-15 min drive to BQN - Aguadilla airport
-2 hour drive to San Juan (SJU is the airport)

The space:
-2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. It's the more quiet and private unit of a duplex, facing the ocean instead of the street.
-It's a 2nd story raised up unit with amazing breeze and views, requiring stairs to access. Downstairs is an open carport where I have a hammock, outdoor table, and a small grassy back yard.
-Cute local neighborhood with quiet elderly neighbors and families.
-Balcony with views
-Bedroom #1: Queen bed, AC unit (in picture).
-Bedroom #2: Queen bed, no AC but this room has the East facing window with good breeze and there's two standing fans to keep things cool. (Will send photo later.)
-Desk with monitor facing the ocean view and strong WiFi
-Well-stocked kitchen with gas stove, cast iron pans, Ninja blender, Chemex, French press, etc.
-Washer in-unit
-Roku TV

If you've never been to this area, I'd be happy to share my favorite beaches, waterfalls, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops via a curated Google map. I can also point you to transportation services, rental cars, etc.
