This is a very large, lightly furnished (or unfurnished if you prefer) one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with an enormous private outdoor terrace in a modern luxury building in one of the best locations in Manhattan: West 16th and 10th Avenue in South Chelsea, immediately adjacent to the High Line and Chelsea Market and less than a five minute walk to the West Village.

The interior pics are kind of bad. At night and without the lamps the lighting isn't great. It's a nice though, well designed and in good shape, one of the more desirable buildings in one of the most desired areas. Also the pics of the exterior show furniture that isn't there any more. The terrace is mostly empty now except for some plant pots and such.
