Singles only, who needs an office. There may be a week or two during that 6 month period I would love to be able to stay in the bedroom you are not using but open to discuss and if that was the case then would reduce price for that month.

It is a cozy and comfortable apartment at the heart of Williamsburg. Vibrant and cool neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars, and coffee places.
You are 5 minutes from the L train at Lorimer Stop and G train at Metropolitan.
The JMZ train is a 10 min walk. 15 Min walk to Domino Park at the water or 10 min walk to McCarren.

- Private roof access through window for sunbathing or morning tea as I do but no activities like working out etc due to neighbors below
- 2 bedrooms 1 bath
- Quiet block

WIFI Included but heat, hot water and electric billed monthly.
