NOTE: To access the rest of the apartment and shared areas it’s necessary to walk approx 15’ through a public corridor and through a door (which is kept locked). The building has 5 other apartments that use this hallway.

There are no shared walls between this bedroom and the rest of the apartment creating much privacy.

Note: This room is fully furnished and does not have a closet. Behind the decorative curtains is a small room which is used exclusively from floor to ceiling to store my own belongings. It is not available for storage. I am happy to purchase a clothes rail to place in front of the curtain if you have clothes that need hanging.

Share with quiet, considerate man late 20’s who works in Theatre, has a good sense of humor and has plenty of shared living experience with all genders.

Shared living room, sunny eat-in kitchen and bathroom.

3 people maximum will occupy the apartment at any given time.

Main lease holder is a woman artist in her 60’s who will be away for at least two years, takes good care of the apartment and responds to any issues that come up in a timely manner.

Fabulous residential neighborhood near numerous grocery stores, cafes, restaurants etc

Includes towels, bed linens etc etc.

All three renters pay $10 each per week towards household supplies such as detergent, T.P, olive oil, garbage bags, toothpaste tea and coffee which we buy in bulk to save money.
