Primary bedroom (the one with the jungle of plants) with ensuite bathroom available now till Oct 5th for $850/week or $1700 for the entirety. includes Wifi, utilities. Minimum 1 week stay.

Second bedroom (with faux fireplace) includes use of private bathroom, avalable Oct 1 for short term sublet. $2200/month including internet, and utilities. Minimum 1 month, maximum 3 month stay.

2nd Floor walkup of a small brownstone in Bedstuy. Two bed, Two bath, and a cute balcony. The space is massive, over 1000 square feet, with really spacious common areas including a dining area, open kitchen with island, and a cozy living room with projector. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so there's plenty of privacy.

In the primary, you get an ensuite bathroom all to yourself. The bedroom is spacious with lots of natural light and plants. The room is fully furnished with a Queen size bed, a dresser and big mirror.

In the guest room you get a television with apple tv, a desk, massive closet space, dresser, and queen sized bed. There is a couple living in there now, and plenty of room for two people. You also get access to your own private bathroom so we don't have to share.

There is a balcony at the back which makes for lovely outdoor meals. I have a small bbq to use out there, and a clothes line for hanging clothes to dry.

There is a shared dining and kitchen area, and living room, with plenty of space. the kitchen has modern appliances, and an in unit washer/dryer.

I'm not a neat freak, but the space is tidy and in good order, and I take a lot of pride in how it feels there. Clean up after yourself, do your dishes, empty things with they get full, replace things when thy get empty, be conscientious and considerate, and we'll get a long great. This is a queer friendly space, where every shape and size of person is welcome, and bigotry of any kind will not be tolerated.

The Neighbourhood is amazing. We are on quiet street in Bedstuy with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Walking the streets of brownstones is so beautiful, and Herbert Von King Park, is nearby. A quick walk to the Gates J Station, which gets you to the Lower East Side in 20 minutes. the B46 bus and Bus are half a block a way, and have amazing access around brooklyn. The A/C line at Utica is a 15 minute walk. Bushwick is a 10 minute walk, with all it's shops and parks too.

My name is Ian (he/him). I'm the lease holder on the apartment and the person you'll be sharing with. Im a 42 year old creative. New to Brooklyn from Toronto, really excited to be living here, and have this amazing space to share. I'm an actor/musician/photograper. i'm very outgoing and extroverted but I value my independence. I value having a roommate that I feel like I could hang out with but also just do our separate things. I value good communication when it comes to sharing a space, and good tact in how that's treated. I'm queer and as mentioned: this is a place where all are welcome and there no room for any kind of hate.

I'm usually working from home, I do a lot of voice work from my office studio, as well as recording auditions, during the day, so I'd like to have a roommate who works out of the house most of the time.

I'm not one who goes out a ton, and if I do it's more likely to the theatre rather than the bar. I don't drink or smoke. I don't care of you drink or not, but no smoking please.

I'm looking for someone closer in age to me, who I can relate to. I like to have friends over for meals or movies, and you should feel welcome to as well.
