I am looking for a SUBLETTER for a fully furnished room with a King Size Bed in the HEART of ASTORIA…..OCTOBER 2025 - OCTOBER 2026. Dates are flexible. 6 Month Minimum. Latest move in date is October 15th.

AMAZING location and a super cozy apt. $2100/month, utilities included.

I will be there off and on staying in the smaller bedroom, but you will have the apt. to yourself most of the time.

I am easy going, kind, will give you your space, or chat if you want. I want you to feel cozy and at home in the space. Most of the time I will be out and about and only sleeping at the apartment. You will have the large bedroom and access to the rest of the apt. The smaller room will be where my things are and cannot be used for guests.

I have lived in this sweet apartment for over 15 years now and I absolutely love it! Windows in every room, lots of light and close to any and everything you could ever want or need. Plus it's just the cutest neighborhood. Lots of young people and families, more and more artists everyday and incredibly diverse.

I am an actor and now live more full time in Connecticut with my boyfriend. I will stay in the smaller room from time to time if I have to come in for work or an event, but you will have the apt. to yourself most of the time. I always let you know ahead of time when I will be at the apt.

I am a super clean person and expect the same from whomever stays in the apt. I have nice furniture and belongings and would like to make sure they are loved and cared for in a respectful manner.

I am easy to get along with and easy going. I love meeting new people! I appreciate good clear communication. I will be the point person for the apt. So if you need anything you can contact me and I will handle it. All the neighbors in the building are sweet and we take care of each other. So say hi!
