I'll be subletting my beautiful room in a 3BR/1BTH Park Slope apartment, from May 11th to July 11th (dates are flexible).

Key features of the room include:

- Tons of natural light streaming in through two large windows for most of the day.
- Ample storage space (closet + 6 drawer dresser + 2 under bed drawers).
- Nectar Memory Foam Full Size Mattress.
- Fire escape.
- Natural wood floors.

As for the apartment, you'll be sharing with two lovely housemates who are both clean, respectful and usually keep to themselves.

Key features of the apartment include:
- Communal living space which is also bright and sunny for most of the day.
- Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans and all essential cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery.
- Washing machine (NO dryer).
- Smart TV w/ Netflix, HBO & Amazon Prime.
- And last but not least, my favorite thing about this apartment, we have our own huge rooftop, with private access! It's so beautiful in the summer, with views across the entire city!
- 4th floor walk-up (NO elevator).

The apartment is super central to every major subway line.
- 4 minute walk to Bergen Street (2/3 line).
- 8 minute walk to the Barclays Centre/Atlantic Avenue (4, 5, B, D, N, R, Q).

The neighborhood is also clean and super fun in the summer. We're situated right off 5th Avenue, where you'll find trendy bars, restaurants, thrift stores and more. There's also a Target and Whole Foods Market within 10 minutes walking distance.
