- 5 mins walk to Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Library and Prospect Park (has an ice skating rink!)
- Right near Grand Army Plaza - weekend farmers markets
- 15 mins walk to Barclays Center, Target, Best Buy, Trader Joe’s
- An abundance of cafes and restaurants on Vanderbilt and Flatbush, and 5th Avenue Park Slope

Preference for a single but couples considered. Small dog considered with Landlord approval.
