2 Rooms Available in LIC/Astoria — Great Lighting + Washer/Dryer (Oct 15 / Nov 1)

I’m looking to fill two rooms in my apartment in the LIC/Astoria area (Queens). My housemate of 5 years (it’s the sort of spot you want to hold onto for that long!) is moving in with their partner, so I’d love to find someone new to share the space with.

**Only looking for one housemate who wants both rooms!**

The Apartment:
2nd floor of a 2-story walkup
Great natural light, quiet neighborhood
In-unit washer/dryer + dishwasher
1.5 Bathrooms (full bath is on your side of the apt)
Furnished living room
Gas stove
Tons of storage space (3 large closets with extra storage above)
Month-to-month lease (Zelle by the 1st). Proof of ability to pay required; guarantors are fine.
Flexible start date: Oct 15 / Nov 1

Location:
LIC/Astoria border (Dutch Kills). Get the best of both neighborhoods!
One subway stop away from Manhattan
5-7 min walk to N/W/R/7/E/F/M trains (~10-12 min walk to G at Court Sq)

The Rooms:
Two spacious rooms, where someone has lived with a bed and a desk in both of them. Makes for a great bedroom + office/studio/creative space/second living room/etc.
$1800 total for one person to take both rooms
50/50 split on the electric bill
I cover wifi bills/deal with Spectrum/communicate with landlords
