I'm looking for a roommate to join me starting in March. I'm looking to fill two cheap rooms in Greenpoint; one is big, the other is smaller (dimensions, in inches, are 92 x 132 and 92 X 120). One can be a bedroom and the other an office/den, so ideal for writers or anyone who works from home (as I often do; I am an editor at a bimonthly magazine). Utilities usually come to just under $100 a month, a little more in summer. There are many books here, a flat-screen TV with lots of streaming options, and a shelf for the house gods (see picture) for added positive energy. We are just outside of McGolrick Park and there are many restaurants, bars, and coffee joints around.
