The apartment is spacious, lots of extra storage on the ground floor and an additional room that we have converted into a work room that we all share. Perfect for anyone who needs to WFH.

Gas/electric is normally ~$50, but can go up to $100 during peak-summer (although this is rare, maybe 1mo out of the year when it’s really hot)

The two floors have separate wifi’s bc the apt is large and with people wfh, we found the bandwidth to better that way. Since both roommates are moving out downstairs, you + your new floor-mate would need to set up your own wifi account upon moving in.

Both roommates that are leaving are taking furniture, so if you have any furniture, you’re welcome to bring it! Very open to rearranging the apartment to accommodate or replace things if you have something better.
