You will share the apartment with one friendly female roommate, mid-thirties, very respectful and trustworthy (I’ve known her for 10 years!) We are a queer friendly household.
Dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer all included in the apartment. Utilities and internet included in price.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, sit/stand desk, armchair, and book shelf and the full set of furniture is available to purchase for $400 since I am leaving the country. I will prioritize applicants who are interested in buying it.
