The room is in New York's famous Music Building at 38th Street and 8th Avenue.

• The room is huge with lots of light.

• It's 24 hours so you can play and bang drums at any hour!

• There is plenty of space to store gear. Open to discussing gear sharing to create a setup that's ready to use on arrival while preserving openness and flow.

• The building is full of musicians and is exclusively for music rehearsal.

• There's a mini fridge in the room.

• Your portion of the rent would be $700 + electric.

• Availability: I’m ideally looking to share the room with two other drummers or bands, which would likely mean access about two days per week, including peak hours. That said, I’m flexible and open to discussing alternative arrangements (such as fewer hours spread across more days) if that works better for you.
