I’m subletting my lovely 2bd/1bath duplex apartment which has a wonderful private rooftop located in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. The apartment is partially furnished and is perfect for one person, a couple or a roommate situation.

The top level features the bedroom and the private rooftop. The bottom level has the office/studio room (could also be used as a second bedroom), the kitchen, living room and bathroom.

The apartment is in a quiet, elevator building on a tree-lined street. The B/Q trains at Newkirk Ave. are just a 5 min. walk from the building.
