The railroad style of the apartment allows for my husband to work from home in the office in the back of the apartment, while I work from my desk in the living room/front of the apartment with minimal noise transference throughout.

Husband and wife (and dog!) expecting our first child in January 2026. We have lived in the apartment for 3 years (the first to live in it post gut-renovation) and have loved calling this block of Greenpoint home. Our growing family takes us to upstate NY where we've purchased a home in Beacon.
