Room 1 (rent 2K): Move in date December 24th to June 30th (dates can be negotiated). The room will contain a mattress, bed frame, nightstand table, large full size body mirror, AC unit, and curtains. This room contains a closet space as well.
Room 2 (rent 2K): Move in date December 15th to June 30th (dates can be negotiated). This room will contain a mattress, bed frame, and a comfortable mattress topper as well as an A/C unit and drapes with blackout shades.
Wifi is around 20 $ a month and electricity bill ranges from 40-100; it is normally higher in the summer.
Pets Policy
Pet's allowed however 3rd housemate is allergic to cats
