I just wanted to capture the entire room.)

About This Lister

We (P&K) are in our 40s and have lived in Brooklyn for the last 10 years. Before that P lived in Manhattan and K lived in Los Angeles. K is in the criminal legal reform space and P is in the contemporary art world. We host the occasional party, but generally like to be in bed by 10pm. :) Our son, N, is seven. He wishes he could stay up until 10, is into Brazilian phonk music, math and Captain Underpants books. We are moving out of an apartment where we have had incredible neighbors and we are hoping to be so lucky again. We fed each others cats, took in each other's mail and generally made living in our building a better experience for each other. Maybe that's what you are looking for too?

Lister's Relationship to the Space

I am the owner/landlord

Rental requirements

One year lease, with references and enough income to cover rent. Mostly looking for good people, people who want to be good neighbors, who are quiet and yet, who won't mind that a seven year old will be living above you. If you are particularly noise sensitive (aka, to little feet running around above you), this may not be the apartment for you.

Pets Policy

Cats are welcome and potentially small dogs, but not ones that are big on barking.

Please note: service and support animals are permitted where required by human rights laws. Learn more.
