I am a retired male who worked in the international film and television business and now spends part of my time in NY and part out of the country. I am the primary tenant and am looking for a responsible compatible roommate or couple who would like to share this spacious, beautiful apartment in a wonderful building and neighborhood when I am in New York, but who would have the full use of the whole apartment during the months I am away. It is also perfect for someone looking for a pied a terre to use in NY throughout the year. Willing to work out travel schedules, as much as possible, to avoid much overlap so we both have the place to ourselves when we're there.
