We’re looking for someone to take over our lease in wonderful Park Slope brooklyn. It’s 3 bed 1.5 bath with a washer dryer in unit and central AC and access to a roof.
We are 2 min from the Prospect park R and 8 min from the 4th and 9th F/G. Also steps away from 5th Ave shops and restaurants.
About This Lister
Myself and one of my roommates are students looking for a more affordable place to live while we finish school. All 3 of us are creatives and love this neighborhood but are looking for something cheaper. The three of us are all leaseholders and have rented here for just over a year and have never had any problems with the landlords. It is very relaxed and the maintenance people are reliable.

Whoever takes over our lease needs to make 40x the monthly rent or have a guarantor. The security deposit is 1 months rent, and you need a few forms of ID, 3 paystubs, and proof of paying rent at your last apartment.
