maybe an unorthodox situation but curious if anything's out there - they commute to NYC 2-3 times a week for work and think it would be more practical to stay over vs make round-trips each day. that said, they don't really need to occupy the space full-time - would probably be about 3-4 days a week.

wondering if anyone might be interested in a part-time roommate or have a spare room to rent out. somewhere in manhattan would be best if possible but could consider brooklyn or queens. would need wi-fi, kitchen access for cooking/food storage, ability to store belongings between trips. unfortunately can't live with pets due to allergies.
