Hello! I am seeking to move into an apartment in the Boston area starting June 1st. My rent budget is between $900 and $1,100 per month, with a max of $1,200 (before utilities). Given my budget constraints and my love of community(!), I am happy to live in 3 or 4-bedroom apartment. Ideally this would be an apartment where at least some of the tenants are planning to renew for the coming year. (I only currently have one tentative lead for a female I would move in with.)

My ideal neighborhoods would be Jamaica Plain, Fenway, Symphony, Back Bay, or Beacon Hill, though I am also open to other neighborhoods accessible by public transit! I value cleanliness and don't currently own any pets, but would be happy to live with a cat or dog owned by a roommate. :)

I tend to be out of the house a lot during the week and value introverted/ quiet time when I am home (to recharge). However, I really enjoy hosting people once in a while and love fun and deep conversations with my roommates to balance things out. (I love trying to make people laugh and having a good time!!) I don't tend to cook at home a lot given my schedule, but enjoy it when I have the time.

The bedroom does not need to be incredibly spacious, but a bit of extra room for a keyboard (electric piano) would be nice!

I already live in Boston and work full time in Back Bay. My real passion and second career singing (classical/ sacred/ choral.) I don't typically practice singing at home so I don't bother other tenants, but being able to do this once in a while would be nice. (not a requirement, though!) I am a person of faith and am very involved at a church in Beacon Hill. I value mutual respect and do not expect that my roommates share my religious, etc. beliefs! I like to connect with all types of people. :) Also a big lover of any type of cute animal, coffee, walks outside, and random SNL clips.
