I am renting out my lovely 360 sq ft studio in the foreland building in catskill, NY.

it is a quiet, 3rd floor studio. I have installed soundproof windows and nice high CRI led lights. The room is east facing and gets lots of nice light.

There is a portable air conditioner, mini-fridge, and air purifier to use if you like. Fast reliable WI-FI.

Slop sink and bathroom are on the second floor (about 30 sec walk).

Parking is available 24/7 in lot about 2 mins away.

I would be leaving equipment and shelves in the studio which would neatly take up one wall of the studio. There would still be tons of room.

There is a nice cafe directly under the studio and a few places to eat nearby. Catskill is very nice and relaxed and is excellent if you are trying to work somewhere where you really want to concentrate.
