Looking for a calm, clean, comfortable home? Room available from April 1 until June 30 with some flexibility on move-in date, and the possibility to extend the lease after that.

The available bedroom has a large closet, 3 windows, and overlooks the private garden. Minimal furnishings (twin bed, shelves, etc) available or room can be unfurnished.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms total (you'd share a bathroom with one other person). We have a dishwasher, in-unit laundry washer and dryer, and central heat/AC in every room.

 Plus private outdoor patio area.

On the Ridgewood/Bushwick border, 5 mins walk to the Myrtle Wyckoff L/M, ~30 mins to Union Square.

We're looking to share space with someone who is considerate, communicative, and happy to keep the common space clean/functional. Preference for folks who work away from home.

Utilities are additional.

 There’s already one cat here, no other pets unfortunately. No smoking/vaping.

About This Lister

Two current roommates are early-mid 30s women, an interior designer and a researcher, each WFH 1-2 days per week. L enjoys running and game nights with friends, C likes a glass of wine at home and going to theater or movies.

We like balancing between a friendly dynamic and quiet/recharge time.
