We have a loft/room available for rent. Preferably Apr 8th - May 8th. Prefer the month, but can be a little flexible with start and/or end date to accommodate.

Looking for a subletter in the Loft Space of a 2bedroom/ 2 bathroom with duplex/loft. We have two balconies, a beautiful kitchen and living room. Room is bright and furnished. Right now there is a queen sized bed, dresser, with some closet space, and desk/office area. There is no door, but it is a loft, so you have the whole upstairs floor to yourself. There is a TV in the room equipped with apple tv and a playstation. Plants galore around the apartment. You will be sharing a bathroom with one roommate. Full amenities in the building (doorman/call box, package delivery, gym, game room, theatre room). 4th floor with elevator. Laundry in building and in-unit. Apartment is beautiful with a lot of sunlight. AC/ Heating unit in each room. Lots of light. Dishwasher as well!

Central location in between prospect heights, crown heights. Walkable! Close to the C, G, 2,3,4,5. 10 min walk from Prospect Park. 20 min walk from Barclays. Tons of restaurants and bars, as well as, grocery stores and mom and pop shops.

You will be living with 2 women (one in their 20s, one in the 30s) and sharing a bathroom with 1 of them. We're all respectable, clean, and lovely. We live in our own spaces and respect them but also hang out when we can. We keep the house tidy, take turns taking out the trash, and are always down to have a chat, but the loft space will feel like a place of your own if you need it to.

What is needed: Signing a sublease agreement. Deposit which you will get back in full when you leave thats the same amount as rent. References would be nice but not required. Pictures available on request and happy to arrange time to see the space and hopefully meet us.
