The available bedroom has a large closet, 3 windows, and overlooks the private garden. Some furnishings (queen bed, shelves, etc) available or room can be unfurnished.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms total (you'd share a bathroom with one other person). We have a dishwasher, in-unit laundry washer and dryer, and central heat/AC in every room.

 Plus private outdoor patio area.

On the Ridgewood/Bushwick border, 5 mins walk to the Myrtle Wyckoff L/M, ~30 mins to Union Square.

We're looking to share space with someone who is considerate, communicative, and happy to keep the common space clean/functional. Preference for folks who work away from home.

Utilities are additional.

 There’s already one cat here, no other pets unfortunately. No smoking/vaping.

Two current roommates are early-mid 30s, J (he/him) works M-F 9-5, L (she/her) works from home 1-2 days per week.

We like balancing between a friendly dynamic and quiet/recharge time.
