3 bed/2 bath on 13th and 4th. Washer/dryer in unit. Dishwasher. 4 min walk to R/F/G trains. I am happy to leave some furniture behind until the end of Feb. but I will need the bed and dressers.

Great neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. 10 minute walk to Prospect Park.

I live with my fiance and 2 cats but we're moving around the block for for outdoor space. We'd love someone to enjoy the last 2 months of this apartment that we've called home for 2 years. My landlord said he'd be open to creating a 9 month lease if that is of interest.
