We are subletting our 3BR dublex starting Oct 1st or 2nd. Flexible on the beginning date in October. And open to sublet longer. I'm traveling for work and will come back some time next year so longer stays are preferred.

Top floor with a private rooftop in Bed-Stuy. There is a Citybike station right in front of the door. Close to J/M train or A/C/G trains. Our neighbourhood is very peaceful and just a few blocks from very lively neighborhoods in Bed-Stuy and Bushwick. 10min walk to Herbert Von King Park. Laundry is in the building. AC’s in every room. Pet-friendly. And my favourite coffee shop is right around the corner.
