This apartment is in the absolute best part of the West Village; 10 minute walk from the Meatpacking district, 3 blocks from the Path Train, one block from the cross town West-to-East Village bus, 10 minute walk to Christopher Street subway.

There’s an amazing cafe/work space directly across the street and its only a 3 minute walk to Hudson Street-tons of restaurants and cafes there.

The housemates: late 20's, female, non-smokers, considerate and kind.

One is from California-(she will be leaving on Feb. 15th) and works from home for a company based there.
The other housemate is from England and she works for a restaurant group.
Both are happy to Zoom potential housemates or meet in person.

The building itself is very quiet and residential. There are laundry rooms on the main floor and a security office in the building on site from 5 pm-3 am.

The apartment is fully furnished.

The layout: 1500 square feet- it is very spacious for New York City.
2 floors. Main floor: bedroom, half-bath, large living room/dining room combo, and a galley kitchen.
