Hi I am looking to find a studio mate to share my 1200sqft studio with. The available studio space is 400sqft with 15 foot ceilings. Studio is sectioned off with an 8ft tall partition that can be completely opened or completely closed. One wall of the 400sqft studio has floor to ceiling windows Amazing light! It is on the 4th floor. Building has elevator and freight elevator. The $1300 includes personal wifi, heat, and AC unit. Looking for one person and no Pets allowed. I have one small dog that works with me he loves people not dogs. Bathroom and slop sink is right down the hall. This studio is not a wood shop. Painters, drawers, sewers, ect. No wood working. We work with headphones in so the studios pretty quiet.

I am a full time working artist, I primarily work on the earlier side 9am to 7pm but can stay later. I work in fabric, oil painting, drawing, animation and video. my dog comes with me to work hes small and loves people. Im quiet when someone is in the other studio I use headfones. I am pretty clean and I always pay my rent on time. I have been in the building for 5 years
