Hello! I've got a semi-private studio/office in Greenpoint right by Transmitter Park that is empty, open, and all yours 3-4 days/wk.

I work Full-Time+ and I'm really only there before the sunrise and on weekends, so the unit is largely unused during the week.

Since 2016, I've shared with graphic designers, attorneys, photographers, architects, illustrators, and painters--
it's a pretty versatile space.

At one point there were 6 of us in the studio on alternate days and all of us needed A LOT of surface/work area. In these older pics, there were 6 desks in-use so there’s ample room and I’m happy to shift things around.
