I’m looking for a female tenant to take over one private bedroom in a shared apartment near Astoria–Ditmars.
I’ve lived in this apartment since 2017 and absolutely love both the neighborhood and the space. I originally shared it with my brother, and after he got married, I continued living here with roommates. My current roommate is relocating for a new job, so the room will become available.
