The house is shared with my mother and caregiver. She is in her mid-70s and a very friendly and positive energy. She was an artist in the 70s before she became a mother and housewife. The unit is on it's own floor and feels separate, with additional door locks. There is also another female tenant currently on the other side of the floor, but the layout creates ample space and division so sound never carries and everyone feels in their own "quarters." One bedroom has a beautiful nonworking fireplace. The house has charming 1930s details such as wood trimming throughout, high ceilings, and an original working fireplace in the downstairs livingroom. We have updated all the windows with triple layer glass for superior insulation, as well as HVAC central heat/ac units throughout.

We are seeking a very responsible, mature, fully-employed female tenant who will be sensitive to the scenario as it is shared with an elderly woman.

My name is Renata and I help manage the home on behalf of my elderly mother. Because the house is so spacious and her costs are now accounting for in-home caregiving, we have transformed some of the house to accommodate rental space.

My mother was an artist and she and her caregiver often do various forms of crafting and art making. She has a friendly cat as well. The energy of the house is generally peaceful, calm, joyful and creative. We are looking for someone who can be harmonious within this space.
