Hello! I (35 F) am looking for a new roommate for my 2-bedroom Bedstuy apartment. Monthly rent per room is $1443.50. The apartment is on the second floor of a brownstone, bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, there is a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. I have one cat and unfortunately can't accept any other pets. I am located in a vibrant part of Bedstuy near lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.

I am looking for someone to move in starting in January 2026. The lease renews in August so ideally looking for someone who is interested in resigning with me at that time.

I am a lawyer, work in the office 9-5 M-Th, wfh Fridays I am very clean and looking for the same.

I am fairly type A and like to keep a very clean space.
