About This Lister

Alex (he/him). I’m an urban planner in my late 20s, and I also do some translation work on the side. I love biking around the city, and often get home late on weeknights!

I like to keep the house neat, but not perfectly so. I also love having friends over for dinner or movie nights, and introducing folks in the neighborhood to each other! I spend a lot of time visiting friends all over the city, but I have come to really love my community in Astoria too.

Rental requirements

Our landlord has asked potential tenants to share proof of income.

We have been living here month-to-month for a while. The landlord would like to continue that arrangement, so you do not need to sign on for a full year. That being said, we require the first month’s rent and security deposit ($933).

We are hoping to fill this room between December 15, and January 1. If you are interested, we can find a time for a call and a walkthrough!
