It’s a bright corner apartment with a south-facing living room and 2 large, equal-size bedrooms.
Private storage and bike parking in basement are included. The building is an elevator building with only two apartments per floor. It’s adjacent to Underwood Park and close to the G train (across the street) and the C train (3 blocks away). Pet-friendly (with additional deposit). Zoned in district 13.
We currently have tenants renting but can arrange showing upon request.
I've lived in Brooklyn since 2008 and work in marketing. My husband, cat and our 2 kids are now living in Stuyvesant Heights, but we loved living in Clinton Hill. We're regular people (ie: not professional landlords, this is our only rental unit) and are looking for a responsible tenant.
