We live on the first floor of this duplex and are looking for tenants who appreciate a calm, respectful, and quiet home environment. The unit shares a laundry space, so we value consideration in that area. Both of us work from home, so a peaceful atmosphere is important to us.

We love fostering a sense of community with our tenants—whether that’s watering plants or keeping an eye on your place while you’re away (as we’ve happily done for past tenants). You’ll also have access to a large garden box in the front yard if you’d like to grow your own herbs, vegetables, etc...

We share our home with a friendly 25lb Australian Shepherd, and as the owners, we’re your direct contacts for anything you need.
