I am a photographer wanting to share my beautiful 830 sq. ft. photo studio in the main building of Brooklyn's vibrant INDUSTRY CITY.

I am looking for people interested in committing to between 3 and 8 days per month. You will have the studio to yourself on your days, access to shared grip equipment, and a shelf for storing items.

Bathed in natural light from one S/SW facing wall of windows, the studio offers high ceilings, includes utilities and WiFi, and has a slop sink.

The building is well maintained, secure, and features loads of food and retail options. It has 24-hour elevators and bathrooms on the floor.

Availability beginning May 18, 2026.
6- or 12-month agreement.
