About this Service

I work with people who are in that in-between stage of life when money suddenly matters more, decisions feel heavier, and it’s hard to know what you’re “supposed” to be doing.

Coaching sessions are one-on-one and built around your real life. We talk through what’s coming in, what’s going out, what’s weighing on you, and what decisions are sitting in the background. Some people arrive feeling stressed or stuck; others feel mostly okay but know there are gaps they’ve been avoiding. You don’t need to have a crisis to start.

There’s no one-size-fits-all plan, no shaming, and no jargon. The focus is on understanding how money actually works, building systems that fit your life, and making decisions with less stress and more clarity. Depending on what you need, sessions might include practical tools (like budgeting or cash-flow planning), talking through a specific decision, or unpacking long-held money habits that no longer serve you.

Sessions are typically held virtually, with limited in-person availability depending on location.

If you’re wondering whether coaching might be helpful, I offer a complimentary introductory conversation. It’s a chance to talk through what’s on your mind, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit—no pressure either way.

About this Lister

I was born and raised in the Bay Area, and came to NYC by way of Zimbabwe and Washington, DC (that's a story for another time).

I’m drawn to this work because I’ve seen how much easier it is to make thoughtful decisions about money when the conversation feels human, honest, and a little lighter.

My approach is warm, practical, and down-to-earth. Sessions are focused and productive, but they’re also conversational and often fun. I care a lot about trust, and that means showing up as myself. You won’t get jargon or lectures from me, but you might hear an occasional f-bomb.

Background and Expertise

I founded and ran a coworking space for 15 years, where I was responsible for building and sustaining a business over the long term. That work required steady financial decision-making, thoughtful tradeoffs, and care for the people and community who relied on the space. Before that, I led nonprofit organizations, where I saw how closely money decisions are tied to values, priorities, and real human impact.

Today, I bring that perspective into my work as a financial coach and daily money manager. In my daily money management practice, clients hire me to help manage their finances directly; including organizing cash flow, paying bills, and keeping day-to-day finances running smoothly.

I hold a degree in economics and am an active member of Coach Connections and the Accountable Network, an international coaching community and mastermind group that supports ongoing learning and ethical, client-centered practice.
