In Accord, NY is a home and flexible arts and work space.

This house is a two bedroom cottage with one bedroom open as a studio space. 

It's an old cottage, with a bedroom and an office space up one flight of stairs. Living room, kitchen, studio, and bathroom are downstairs.

It gets lovely light throughout the day. There's a large back yard with fire pit. There is also a shed for some storage.

The house is twenty minutes from New Paltz, and under 2 hours from Manhattan.

The property sits on an acre along a quiet town road and includes a separate guest house a short distance away, which may also be rented during this time.

Accord Market which is just a few minutes down the street and it a few minutes away from Minnewaska State Park and some great farmer's markets, local breweries, restaurants, a wine shop, and Inness Resort.

A car is preferable, especially for longer stays. However, I often take the Trailways bus from Manhattan to New Paltz, and a cab to the house from there.

Entire stay of April 15th - June 1st: $2700

Some details to note:
There's an a/c upstairs, no a/c downstairs, though the house stays cool downstairs.
The house runs on well water.
The houses uses a septic tank so water and toilet sensitivity is important.
There is no washer and dryer.
Small pets okay.
