Hello! I'm subletting my charming, peaceful one bedroom apartment for six months, starting in mid-November. It is located a couple of blocks from Prospect Park, and is a seven minute walk to the B/Q station on Church (and is also very near excellent grocery stores on both Church and Cortelyou). The apartment is furnished, with hardwood floors throughout. It has high speed internet and AC. The kitchen has a gas range, as well as a microwave and dishwasher, and is well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, as well as spices, etc. There is laundry just around the corner from the building.

I adore this place—it is a restful haven from the bustle of NY—and I'd love to find the right person to enjoy spending some time here. I'd prefer a six month arrangement, but I have some flexibility and am open to renting it for longer or short periods.
